The Senate’s New Budget Bill is Bad news.
Last night, the Senate Finance Committee released their version of the new budget bill—and it’s bad news. It includes cuts to Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and other programs millions of us rely on. These cuts are being made to fund tax breaks for the richest Americans.
This isn’t just unfair. It puts disabled people, older adults, low-income families, and veterans in danger.
We need every member of the Yes! Access. community to act now.

What’s in the Senate Budget?
This bill builds on the harmful House bill called the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” If passed, it would:
Take Medicaid away from millions, including disabled people and those with chronic health conditions
Add work requirements that create confusing paperwork and cause people to lose coverage
Cut funding for mental health care, maternal health, and community health centers
Weaken the law that protects disabled students and workers: Section 504
Put vital services like in-home care at risk
Don’t listen to what elected officials SAY, read what they are actually going to do.
